Can I rent an Outpost without the simulator?
Yes. Outposts can be rented without simulator equipment or operators, for things like movie parties or temporary party facilities.
Do you do longer-term rentals?
Yes. Longer-term simulator rentals with remote tech support are available.
Are there any discounts?
Discounts are available for first responders, active military, and graduation parties.
Are there any other fees?
Additional fees may apply for certain event types. We'll go over anything that applies to your event in your quote.
How does payment work?
A deposit is due at the time of booking, with the balance due when the event wraps up.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations that aren't weather-related require 48 hours' notice.
What does an Outpost need on site?
Outposts are water resistant but need level, dry ground. One GFI-protected 110v electrical outlet is required, and two are preferred. Allow 2' of clearance on all sides.
How big is the enclosure?
20' long × 16.5' wide × 12' high.
